Level 1 – Effleurage/Superficial Longitudinal Gliding:
This basic yet effective technique involves gliding in the direction of blood flow. It helps disperse fluids from injury sites, reduces inflammation and swelling, and promotes relaxation in tight muscles.
Level 2 – Kneading Pressure:
Kneading targets both superficial and deep tissues. Kneading targets both superficial and deep tissues. It’s commonly used to treat tight muscles, enhance flexibility, and alleviate pain. Kneading can also reduce stress and anxiety.
Level 3 – Deep Pressure: This level involves longitudinal gliding strokes, pressing, releasing, and deep circular friction. It provides a more intense massage experience.
Thai Relaxation -WITH OIL
A head-to-toe massage treatment that will leave you feeling weightless and blissful.
